The continuation of CareerStartMentoring at our UAS in 2026 is possible because Jacqueline Bernhardt, Minister of Justice of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, presented the corresponding grant notification at the end of last year.

Until 31 January 2026, female students in higher semesters and Master's students who want to prepare specifically for their career start can apply to participate in the spring round.

Over a period of ten months, they will be supported through workshops, individual coaching and 1:1 mentoring with experienced mentors. The project is supervised in the tried-and-tested manner by our Robert Schmidt Institute, whose employee Nadine Radzinski is also available as a personal contact during the application phase.

Further information and tips, as well as the registration link, can be found on the KarriereStartMentoring project page.
