His field of appointment from 1st January 2023 is: "Lighting application in architecture, building climate and design".
Professor Blieske has already been teaching in the international degree programme "Architectural Lighting Design" since 1st January 2018 - as part of an endowed professorship limited to five years. In 2019, he organised the first international conference on light and monuments: "Light & Built Heritage". Since November 2021, he has been a member of the Senate's "Research and Innovation" committee and his students win prizes with their final theses. Most recently, he supervised the design-build project for the biology campus of the Peruvian National Amazon University with his professional colleagues.
