Looking for Memories by Sally Frey - This work was created as part of the Caspar David Friedrich Scholarship
The exhibition "Looking for Memory" invites visitors to explore the fragmentary nature of memories. Sally Frey examines various facets of memory. He searches for embodied forms, the tangible or the psychic store outside of ourselves. Through conversations, observations, photographic documentation and investigations, a poetic installation has been created that both touches on collective memory and offers space for personal appropriation.

In August 2022, Sally Frey defended his diploma thesis in the Communication Design and Media degree programme on the subject of "The Promise’"with professors Olaf Fippinger and Henning Schellhorn. Subsequently, on 1 September 2022, he took up his one-year Caspar David Friedrich Scholarship (CDF Scholarship). Sally Frey was advised during his scholarship by Prof Gunda Förster and Prof Dr Achim Trebeß (emeritus).
