From 7th to 9th July 2023, the Faculty of Architecture and Design at Hochschule Wismar, University of Applied Sciences, and its 700 students will transform their studios and workshops as well as seminar rooms and corridors on the Wismar campus into presentation areas for a wide range of student projects and final theses from Architectural Lighting Design, Architecture, Design - Product and Jewellery, Interior Design, Communication Design and Media as well as Material Culture Design. Actors from the Faculty of Architecture and Design will also present themselves at external exhibition spaces in the Hanseatic city of Wismar with separate running and opening times for the annual DIA exhibition. Other programme items, such as specialist events, workshops for prospective students aged 16 and over, or the living room open air of the student council, are also firmly planned for the traditional finale at the end of the summer semester. All interested parties are welcome to attend. Admission is free. The first letters of the study areas Design, Interior Architecture and Architecture make up the abbreviation of the annual exhibition DIA, which first took place in 2006.
