Ceramics
By sculpturing models in the Ceramics Workshop, the students learn to grasp and reproduce three-dimensional proportions found in nature. This is essential for all design processes and thus for their work in their future careers. Torsos, three-dimensional portraits, abstract work and free art work are made from modelling clay and then fired in the kiln. The kiln is also used by the gypsum workshop, whereby stoneware is predominantly used. The workshop and the range of subjects offered are open to all students of the department.
